Protein pancakes are pancakes with an above-average high protein content. This is because protein powder has been processed in the pancakes. Protein pancakes are seen as a cheat meal without actually cheating. Protein pancakes are also ideal for anyone who is consciously concerned with the intake of sufficient protein during the day.

Protein-rich pancakes in an instant

You can make protein pancakes by first making pancakes batter and then adding a protein powder of your choice, but to make it a bit easier for you, we have already cobbled and pre-packaged everything for you. Just add some milk or water, shake well a few times and put it in the pan! Flip a few times until they are golden brown and tadaaaa…. Your protein-rich pancake in an instant. And 15 grams of proteins 🙂

 

Our Pancake Mix

The Personal Protein Pancake Mix contains no less than 4 different types of protein powder: whey isolate, whey concentrate, casein and calcium caseinate. We have combined these 4 protein powders to provide your protein pancakes with the most complete amino acid profile possible.

 

Method:

 

  1. Put 130 ml of water or milk in your shaker or blender

 

  1. Add 2 scoops of Protein Pancake Mix

 

  1. Add (optionally) a little bit of your favourite flavour shot. What do you feel like today?

 

  1. Shake butrrrr until everything is neatly blended.

 

  1. Put half of the batter in the pan for 1 pancake. A little baking, a little flipping ... Until the protein pancake is golden brown!
